One of the most typical and devastating everyday practice is to continuously compare your life and yourself to other individuals and their lives.
You compare vehicles, homes, jobs, shoes, cash, relationships, social popularity and so on.
And at the end of the day you bash your self-confidence to the ground and you produce a great deal of adversary feelings within. And perhaps also outside of yourself. Stop comparing yourself to other people…

Step 1: Simply Note That You Can’t Win If You Compare Yourself to Others
Just consciously understanding this is helpful.
No matter what you do you can mainly always discover somebody else on the planet that has more than you or is much better than you at something.
Yes, you may feel more contempt for a while when you get a bigger more expensive car than your neighbor or friend.
However a week or 2 later you’ll see someone from the next block with an even bigger and more expensive vehicle than yours.
Step 2: Compare Yourself To Yourself
Rather of comparing yourself to other people induce the habit of comparing yourself to yourself.

What you think about others and how your treat people around you will reflect back to you and how you feel about yourself. Give yourself a break and you’ll automatically stop comparing yourself with other people.
